The service offered in this package can be defined as a real dedicated after-sales assistance.
If after purchasing one of our products you encounter problems in terms of configuration or other, with this service our technicians will be at your complete disposal to seek a correct resolution of the case. The assistance will be carried out only remotely.


Stages of the Service:

  • Contact support to find out the number of hours required for the activity and subsequent purchase of the package
  • Sending the purchase receipt with a description of the problem encountered / intervention to be carried out to assistenza@setik.biz. Also indicate your preference day / time of the appointment.
  • Contact from our technical team to confirm the day of the appointment

CONDITIONS OF USE


Read carefully before purchasing

As indicated on the intervention form, below are all the conditions relating to the use of the package:

  1. The intervention will be carried out solely for the resolution of problems inherent to the equipment supplied by us.
  2. The intervention is inherent only to the activity envisaged in the "Request description".
  3. The intervention will be done only remotely according to the means available by the Assistance and the Customer. Where it will not be possible to remotely reach the device, the intervention will in any case be considered concluded.
  4. The intervention will be considered concluded at the unquestionable judgment of the Setik Assistance, however it will be our care to bring everything to the resolution of what is requested by the customer.
  5. The intervention will be carried out only during the office hours indicated on the form, according to an appointment that will be fixed by mail or by telephone.
  6. On the third unsuccessful attempt at an appointment, the intervention will in any case be considered concluded.
  7. After 3 days from the sending of the communication closure of the intervention, the same will be considered concluded
