CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE?
Yes, it is possible. Whether you are a private customer, a company or a professional, you can have the invoice for your order. HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM TAX BREAKS?
In order for this tax advantage to be applied, it is essential to make a request for an estimate as otherwise the normal procedure with 22% VAT would be followed.
The necessary documents to be sent are:
1- Self-certification for VAT reduced to 4% or 10%.
2- Identity card
3- Tax code
Once the estimate has been approved, payment can be made by means of a bank transfer. It is essential that the reason for the bank transfer indicates the type of building work to be carried out, e.g. "House renovation" accompanied by the invoice number. You will also be asked for the bank transfer and invoice details in the order confirmation.

BANK TRANSFER: Payment of the order amount to our current account. The crediting time usually varies from 1 to 3 days. The goods will only be shipped once the amount has been credited to our account.

POSTEPAY: Transfer the amount of your order to our Postepay card. Payment can be made online at www.postepay.it or at a post office in your city.

It may happen that your credit card is not accepted for these reasons:
Exceeding your card limit: It is possible that you have exceeded your credit limit. Your bank will give you all the information you need to unblock the situation.
Expired card: Check the expiry date of your card.
Typographical error: A simple typographical error in one of the required fields may cause the operation not to be completed.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use the GLS courier service for our deliveries. The goods travel at the purchaser's risk, as provided for by the laws in force and the commercial custom for distance sales. We shall not be liable for any damage, theft, errors or loss. If there are any problems with your shipment (e.g. missing or damaged goods, etc.) we ask you to sign with reservation and contact us. We will immediately report the matter to the courier.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
The cost of shipping depends on the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase, the total weight of your order and the place of delivery. For Italy, the minimum shipping cost is €4.84 (excluding VAT - subject to possible variations).
IS MY PACKAGE TRACEABLE
All orders placed on our website are traceable. You will receive the tracking number by email together with a courtesy tax document. Connect to the GLS website and enter the number to see the status of your shipment.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
GLS guarantees delivery throughout Italy within 3/4 days from the time the order is processed. Orders are generally dispatched within 3/4 days of receipt (except for payment by bank transfer, unavailability of material in stock and/or impossibility of the courier). Shipments abroad will be entrusted to FEDEX, which guarantees delivery throughout Europe (except Switzerland) in about 3/4 days from order processing.
I HAVE AN URGENCY. IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL IN LESS TIME?
We also offer the GLS PRIORITY service, which provides for delivery by 12:00 noon on the working day after collection. This service is valid in about 3000 locations in Italy, with the exception of Puglia, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, for which delivery is expected by 12.00 noon on the second working day following collection of the parcel by GLS.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO INSURE THE SHIPMENT?
Yes. We also offer the GLS INSURED / GLS PRIORITY INSURED shipping service. In both cases, the goods are guaranteed for value, up to a maximum of €1,500, with no deductibles or excesses, in the event of theft or robbery during transport.
SHIPMENTS TO SWITZERLAND
All our deliveries in Switzerland are delivered Duty Unpaid (DAP) excluding taxes, duties and local VAT, as commercially used in the European Community. Therefore, our deliveries include the cost of the goods and the shipping costs to the recipient's domicile. Any additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, local VAT and/or other ancillary charges are borne by the recipient. Any costs other than the cost of the goods or shipping costs shall be paid directly by the customer to the carrier. Should the customer refuse such payment, the goods will be returned to the sender. The customer will be refunded the total amount paid less all costs incurred by us in shipping and returning the goods, plus any unpaid duties.
I AM A RETAILER, DO YOU DROP SHIP?
Yes, on our site you can request drop shipping. In this way, our products will be delivered directly to your customer without any reference from us (no sender ID and no fiscal document inside).
IS CASH ON DELIVERY POSSIBLE?
Yes, if you choose this shipping method, your order will be processed immediately and sent to the courier and you will pay the amount of your order directly upon receipt. Please note that this service involves an extra cost calculated on the total amount of your order, in addition to the shipping cost. Payment must be made in cash and the value of the goods may not exceed €5.000,00.
CAN I USE MY OWN COURIER FOR SHIPPING?
Yes, during the purchase process select "collect in person" to avoid shipping costs. We will then prepare the package, send you the package dimensions to communicate to your courier and wait for the pick up.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE MY PHONE NUMBER WITH THE COURIER?
The courier does not have a company telephone. We can give the courier the phone number but we do not guarantee that the courier will make the call.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS THERE WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?
The courier service makes a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. If the courier does not find you on the third attempt, the package will be stored. We will contact you to find a solution that works for you in order to complete the delivery.

Yes, collection from our premises is possible after confirming the order on our website. Our office is not yet equipped for direct purchase, so the order must always be placed online. For some brands, we have provided a "lower price recommendation" box. If you find a lower price offer online for that product, please let us know using the form. We will analyse the validity of the reported source and if no problems are found, we will proceed to apply the same price. Chinese and similar sites (aliexpress etc..) are not valid because they are sites where the originality of the product is not verifiable and the price is without VAT and duty as well as Italian warranty.
