This service is conceived to give you the chance to purchase a system which will be previously set up.

Our technicians will set your device according to your request and they will test it before shipping.   


Service steps:

  • - Purchase and Payment of the products + Configuration Service
  • - You will be assigned an ID number
  • - You will receive the “configuration form”. After you fill in the form, it will be transmitted to our technicians
  • - Your products will be set up as requested and they will be dispatched*.
  • * if you ask for the configuration of the devices, shipping times may be delayed according to the processing time of the requested service.

As already clearly stated in the performance form, here follows all the conditions about the configuration service:

  1. . The configuration will be provided ONLY according to the information indicated in the configuration form.
  2. .  The devices will be tested according to the information provided in the configuration form. The boxes containing the set up devices will be labeled and the cables to be connected will be marked for an easy installation.
  3. . Securitatem does not guarantee the correct functioning of your system after the installation of the set up devices. In case of faulty products, customers will be required to ask for assistance in the traditional way (RMA form)
  4. . The blank or improperly filled in gaps of the configuration form will be filled in by Securitatem according to the ordinary usage.
