The Privacy Guarantor, in fact, specifies that " the conservation of images must be protected so that there is no risk of unauthorized access to data" , punished as indicated by art. 615-ter of the penal code. Precise security rules must therefore be complied with which minimize the risks relating to the loss and destruction of data, as well as unauthorized access, also in compliance with the transmission of data as indicated in art. 31 and ss. of the Privacy Code
