HOW TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE "FIND CUSTOMERS" SERVICE?
To activate the "FIND CUSTOMERS" service and thus receive quote requests from end users, you need to specify your preferences for BRAND and PROVINCE in the "MY BRANDS" area. The "MY BRANDS" area is located within your dashboard.

I CAN'T SELECT THE BRAND. WHY?
Brand selection is only activated upon reaching €1,000 in spending (excluding VAT). All orders placed since January 1, 2022, are considered.

IS THIS SERVICE FREE?
Yes. The activation of the service and the assignment of requests to the professional are free of charge.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM TIME TO MANAGE THE REQUEST?
Yes. Currently, the maximum established time is 24 hours. If more than 24 hours pass without handling the request, it will be assigned to another installer.

IS IT NECESSARY TO SEND THE FINAL FEEDBACK?
Yes. The final feedback is a tool that allows us to evaluate how each professional handles and completes the assigned tasks. In the absence of feedback, the "FIND CUSTOMERS" service could be at risk of suspension.
