Dahua's in-house designed ePoE technology adopts advanced 2D-PAM3 modulation from the physical layer and realizes full duplex transmissions over 800 meters at the speed of 10 Mbps, or 300 meters at the speed of 100 Mbps via Cat 5 or coaxial cable.

Dahua ePoE technology offers a new way to realize long-distance transmission between IP camera and network switch. It allows for more flexible surveillance system design, improves reliability and saves construction and cabling costs.

- Face Capture : Face capture is a software application that automatically captures faces from within a digital image or video frame from a video source . Dahua cameras use advanced deep learning algorithms , trained by a large number of sources that encompass facial data, allowing the camera to quickly and accurately locate faces from the video source and capture facial images.

- Face Attribute : Through the use of deep learning algorithms to analyze facial images, Dahua cameras can extract up to six facial attributes from each frame , such as gender, age, expression (happy, calm, surprised, sad, and angry), glasses, masks and moustaches.

Customers can gain valuable data via facial attribute statistics.

- Face Detection : Once the facial features are extracted from the captured faces, they are stored

in a database where other images can be easily searched and compared. Once a match is found, the system outputs the result file. The Dahua Face Recognition camera supports a built-in database that stores up to 10,000 facial images , helping the camera achieve real-time acquisition and comparison.

- Line crossing : The counting of people will start when a previously set line is crossed.

- Perimeter crossing : The counting of people will start when they enter a previously set area.

The IR CUT FILTER is a mechanical filter that allows correct viewing of images in daytime viewing conditions, filtering the typical infrared frequencies, thus improving image quality. In night conditions the filter is removed as it is necessary to capture the typical IR frequencies.

IK 10 is the highest level of protection against direct damage. This allows the use of the camera even if there are risks of vandalism
