ONVIF:

All Onvif , the absolute standard for IP cameras, being Onvif guarantees compatibility with any modern recording system. NOT being Onvif means having a camera for its own sake that can never be used together with recording systems

This camera supports Onvif.

POE (Power Over Ethernet):
The advantage of a PoE camera is evident, it allows it to be powered with the same cable with which it communicates without carrying additional power cables and without having to install a separate power supply system, a PoE camera guarantees constant voltages and simple installation
Resolution:
This camera features 8MP 4K ULTRA HD real-time resolution! (3840×2160pixels)
Image sensor 1/2.5” 8Megapixel progressive scan CMOS
Optics:
This camera features a 2.8mm fixed lens
H.265+ compression

What is H.265+ ?

A smart algorithm self-developed by Hikvision which can greatly reduce the video bitrate based on a standard H.265 codec. Hikvision's H.265+ reduces transmission bandwidth and required storage capacity without impacting video quality, thanks to three key technologies: prediction coding, noise suppression and flexible bit rate control. Optimized for multiple surveillance scenarios, it allows for more use of ultra HD surveillance cameras, such as 8MP and 12MP cameras.

Triple Stream Video.

Infrared IR Illuminator:
Infrared IR illuminator for better night vision. Range up to 30M

WDR 120dB (Wide Dynamic Range):
WDR (Wide Dynamic Range): It is the professional solution in cases where it is necessary to operate in conditions of high light/shadow contrast. Fundamental in case of shooting from inside to outside, plates, shadowed points or all situations where there is no homogeneity of light. The greater the value in dB, the greater the camera's ability to manage the strong difference in the backlight present. Common WDRs usually reach 80db, the human eye is able to recognize a difference of up to 100db. This model reaches up to 120db managing very high levels of contrast.

ROI (Region Of Interest):
The images deriving from IP cameras are "compressed", consequently the quality is set during the recording phase. Especially with cameras with a very high resolution, it is often necessary to reduce the quality in order to guarantee a low bandwidth occupation and to record a larger number of days or cameras.
The ROI allows you to define areas where you can set higher quality (for example a door, the area where the license plate usually passes, an exit, etc.). In that area I can set a higher quality thus guaranteeing a greater definition of the image.
Ultra Smart Funzione ROI

Smart features:
This camera has smart features on board:

- Motion detection

- video tampering

- exceptions

- Line crossing

- Face detection

Day/Night:
It allows you to adapt the lens to night/day vision, and the relative automatic management of the IR Illuminator, when present.

IR CUT FILTER (ICR):
Mechanical filter that allows correct viewing of images in daytime viewing conditions. It filters out typical infrared frequencies, thus improving image quality. In night conditions the filter is removed as it is necessary to capture the typical IR frequencies.

BLC (Backlight Compensation):
is one of the 3 possible passages in the management of images with Contrast, typical situations are (entries or exits from parking lots, license plates, special lights, entrances with shots from inside to outside, etc.) light compensation is one of the most possible complexities, the BLC function allows a discreet adaptation to these situations

AGC (Automatic Gain Control):
integrated signal amplifier that allows vision even in critical conditions. It is automatic and does not require specific settings.

3D-DNR:
More advanced version of NOISE REDUCTION management. It allows still images in both low light and movement. The currently most powerful solution for obtaining maximum results in the presence of little light.
