The IR CUT FILTER is a mechanical filter that allows correct viewing of images in daytime viewing conditions. It filters out typical infrared frequencies, thus improving image quality. In night conditions the filter is removed as it is necessary to capture the typical IR frequencies.
ULTRA WDR up to 120dB
WDR (Wide Dynamic Range): It is the professional solution in cases where it is necessary to operate in conditions of high light/shadow contrast. Fundamental in case of shooting from inside to outside, plates, shadowed points or all situations where there is no homogeneity of light.
The greater the value in dB, the greater the camera's ability to manage the strong difference in the backlight present. Common WDRs usually reach 80db, the human eye is able to recognize a difference of up to 100db. This model reaches up to 120db managing very high levels of contrast.
BLC (Back Light Compensation) is one of the 3 possible Steps in the management of images with Contrast, typical situations are (Entry or exit from car parks, Plates, Special lights, Entrances with shots from inside out, etc.) the compensation of light is one of the most complex possible operations, the BLC function allows a discreet adaptation to these situations
