This camera is also equipped with SMART IR technology.
Through this technology, the light emitted by the LEDs is adapted according to the framed object.

EXIR 2.0 TECHNOLOGY

This technology remedies the classic disturbances of the traditional IR illuminator.

In detail:

1) NO IR REFLEX OR BLEEDING:
By having the IR LEDs positioned separately from the camera lens, possible internal IR reflections and IR Bleeding are completely eliminated, a serious problem on dome cameras due to the presence of the glass dome.

2) BEST IR COVERAGE:
Usually, the IR is integrated into a circular apparatus with various LEDS around the lens.
This very often resulted in an overexposed circular area in the center of the image and underexposed corners due to uneven IR coverage. The rectangular EXIR LEDs provide a much more even coverage across the entire image, eliminating this issue.

3) FEWER PROBLEMS WITH SPIDERS / INSECTS:
Spiders and other insects tend to be attracted to the heat of the hottest IR LEDS in non-EXIR cameras. This problem decreases with EXIR cameras, even more so in flat-faced EXIR cameras, on which the contact surfaces are significantly smaller.

WDR / Wide Dynamic Range):
Software solution of the more powerful WDR integrated in the DSP, exactly as it happens for the digital zoom compared to the Optical Zoom, it is a software simulation of emulation of the WDR technology, however extremely useful in circumstances of strong contrast.

IP67 protection - outdoor:
This camera has IP67 (dust / diving) protection. Suitable for outdoor environments.
