EXIR 2.0 TECHNOLOGY

This technology remedies the classic disturbances of the traditional IR illuminator .

Range: 20 meters.

In detail:

1) NO IR REFLEX OR BLEEDING:

By having the IR LEDs positioned separately from the camera lens, possible internal IR reflections and IR Bleeding are completely eliminated, a serious problem on dome cameras due to the presence of the glass dome.

2) BEST IR COVERAGE:
Usually, the IR is integrated into a circular apparatus with various LEDS around the lens.

This very often resulted in an overexposed circular area in the center of the image and underexposed corners due to uneven IR coverage. The rectangular EXIR LEDs provide a much more even coverage across the entire image, eliminating this issue.

3) FEWER PROBLEMS WITH SPIDERS / INSECTS:
Spiders and other insects tend to be attracted to the heat of the hottest IR LEDS in non-EXIR cameras. This problem decreases with the EXIR cameras, even more so in the flat-faced EXIR cameras, on which the contact surfaces are significantly smaller.

The camera has an OSD menu , through which it is possible to manage and adjust some functions such as: ATW, AGC, BLC, ATW, etc.

The IR CUT FILTER is a mechanical filter that allows a correct display of images in daylight viewing conditions, filtering the typical infrared frequencies, thus improving image quality. In night conditions the filter is removed as it is necessary to capture the typical IR frequencies.

BLC (Back Light Compensation): it is one of the 3 possible steps in the management of images with contrast, typical situations are: entrances or exits from parking lots, license plates, special lights, entrances with shots from the inside out, etc. Light compensation is one of the most complex operations possible, the BLC function allows a discreet adaptation to these situations

D-WDR (Digital Wide Dynamic Range) is the Software solution of the most powerful WDR integrated in the DSP, exactly as it happens for the digital zoom compared to the Optical Zoom, it is a software simulation of emulation of the WDR technology, however extremely useful in circumstances of strong contrast.
