EXIR 2.0 TECHNOLOGY

This technology remedy the classic annoyances of the traditional IR illuminator .

In detail:

1) NO IR REFLECTION OR BLEEDING:

Having the IR LEDs positioned separately from the camera lens completely eliminates possible internal IR reflections and IR Bleeding, a serious problem on dome cameras due to the presence of the glass dome.

2) BEST IR COVERAGE:
Usually, the IR is integrated in a circular array with various LEDS around the lens.

This most often resulted in an overexposed circular area in the center of the image and underexposed corners due to uneven IR coverage. The rectangular EXIR LEDs provide a much more even coverage across the entire image, eliminating this issue.

3) LESS ISSUES WITH SPIDERS / INSECTS:
Spiders and other insects tend to be attracted to the heat of the hotter IR LEDS in non-EXIR cameras. This problem decreases with EXIR cameras, even more so with flat-faced EXIR cameras, on which the supporting surfaces are much smaller.

The camera has an OSD menu , through which it is possible to manage and adjust some functions such as: AWB, AGC, 3D-DNR, etc.

The IR CUT FILTER is a mechanical filter that allows correct viewing of images in daytime viewing conditions, filtering the typical infrared frequencies, thus improving image quality. In night conditions the filter is removed as it is necessary to capture the typical IR frequencies.
