- Face Detection : This technology extracts the characteristics of the captured faces and compares them with those in the database in order to identify people. Face detection, tracking, priority, snapshots, face emphasis, face exposure, face attribute extraction, 6 attributes and 8 expressions: gender, age, glasses, expressions (anger, sadness, disgust, fear, surprise, calm, happiness, confusion), mask, beard. Face Matting setting: face, single thumb photo. 2 snapshot strategies: instant priority, acknowledgment. Face angle filter, priority time setting. Management of up to 5 groups of face libraries. Individual person register and batch person register. Face detection and similarity settings. Supports maximum contrast in face libraries with 200,000 faces

- Perimeter protection: Dahua's perimeter protection functions have greatly improved the accuracy. Perimeter protection reduces false alarms and reduces the pixel count requirement for object detection.
This camera supports: Line crossing, intrusion (vehicle and person detection), fast motion, loitering detection, parking and crowd detection

- People Counting: This feature uses advanced image processing technology to capture information in depth, from within the images. The camera associates this information with the deep learning algorithm for the analysis of the same and detects human bodies and tracks objects of interest, in real time.

Dahua's internally designed ePoE technology adopts advanced 2D-PAM3 modulation from the physical layer and realizes full duplex transmissions over 800 meters at 10 Mbps speed, or 300 meters at 100 Mbps speed via Cat 5 or coaxial cable.
