Dahua's self-designed ePoE technology adopts advanced 2D-PAM3 modulation from physical layer and realizes full duplex transmission over 800 meters at the speed of 10Mbps, or 300 meters at the speed of 100Mbps via Cat 5 or coaxial cable.

Dahua ePoE technology provides a new way to realize long-distance transmission between IP camera and network switch. It enables more flexible surveillance system design, improves reliability, and saves construction and wiring costs.

- Face Capture : Face capture is a software application that automatically captures faces from within a digital image or video frame from a video source . Dahua cameras use advanced deep learning algorithms , which consist of a large number of sources that contain facial data, allowing the camera to quickly and accurately detect faces from the video source and capture facial images.

- Face Attribute : Through the use of deep learning algorithms to analyze facial images, Dahua cameras can extract up to six facial attributes from each frame , such as gender, age, expression (happy, calm, surprised, sad, and angry), glasses, masks, and mustaches.

Customers can gain valuable data through facial attribute statistics.

- Face Detection : Once facial features are extracted from the captured faces, they are stored

into a database where other images can be easily searched and compared. Once a match is found, the system outputs the result file. Dahua Face Recognition camera supports a built-in database that stores up to 10,000 facial images , helping the camera achieve real-time acquisition and comparison.

- Line crossing : People counting will start when a previously set line is crossed.

- Perimeter crossing : People counting will start when they enter a previously set area.

Smart H.265+

Smart H.265+ is the optimized implementation of H.265 codec that uses scene-adaptive coding strategy, dynamic GOP, dynamic ROI, flexible multi-frame reference structure and intelligent noise reduction to deliver high-quality video without straining the network.

Smart H.265+ greatly reduces bit rate and storage requirements compared to standard H.265 compression.

The IR CUT FILTER is a mechanical filter that allows correct viewing of images in daytime viewing conditions, filtering the typical infrared frequencies, thus improving image quality. In night conditions the filter is removed as it is necessary to capture the typical IR frequencies.

IK 10 is the highest level of protection from direct damage. This allows the camera to be used even if there are risks of vandalism with ATC anti-corrosion
