The PIE-1 is an advanced encoder that converts analog relay outputs into original ASCII codes (Redwall Event Code), making it ideal for integration with Redwall and Fiber SenSys detectors. This device allows the detectors to be connected to video management software platforms, allowing control of IP cameras. The PIE-1 generates and transmits the Redwall Event Code using analog alarm inputs, allowing the video management software to receive the event code and send commands to reposition the cameras to predefined settings or start recording.
Compatible with Power over Ethernet (PoE) IEEE802.3 af/at , the PIE-1 simplifies installation by requiring only a single LAN cable for power and data connection, reducing time and costs. Ideal for those looking for an efficient integration solution for advanced video surveillance systems.
